Visual assets and environmental narratives presented across our Service, blog records, and official media platforms are curated exclusively for artistic expression and brand lifestyle presentation. Nature illustrations, imagery, and digital syntheses are designed to inspire appreciation for the natural world and do not constitute scientific, academic, or certified biological reference. They are commercial brand representations and are not intended for educational citation.

This website is operated by ZOOBOTANIC DESIGNS LIMITED. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZOOBOTANIC DESIGNS LIMITED. Zoobotanic™ is a trading name of ZOOBOTANIC DESIGNS LIMITED.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Liability Status: The liability of the members of ZOOBOTANIC DESIGNS LIMITED is limited.
SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS & REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Operational Limitations: To maintain our specialized, small-batch inventory model and maintain high standards, our current operations and fulfillment services are restricted to Singapore, Hong Kong, and Metropolitan areas within NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT, Australia.
Unsupported Regions: Orders placed with shipping addresses in international locations not listed above, or within restricted Australian states/postcodes (WA, SA, NT, TAS, or regional areas), will be cancelled and a Full Refund issued to the original payment method.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 4 - CONSUMER RIGHTS BY REGION
We comply with the consumer protection laws in our primary supported markets:
- Hong Kong SAR: We adhere to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (SGO) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (TDO). Goods must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
- Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Singapore: We comply with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and "Lemon Law" provisions. Products must match the standard a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory.
SECTION 5 - "NO CHANGE OF MIND" POLICY
Please note that as a startup brand, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases.
- Regional Standards: While local laws in our supported regions provide strong protections for faulty goods, they do not require a retailer to accept returns because a customer changed their mind, found the product elsewhere, or ordered the incorrect size.
- Authorized Use of Request Form: While a return request form is available on our Site, submission is only authorized for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility: Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is found to be faulty, defective, or significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
SECTION 7- FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Transfer of Responsibility: To provide reliable service at scale, ZOOBOTANIC DESIGNS LIMITED utilizes third-party carriers, including national postal services.
Risk of Loss: Legal ownership and the risk of loss for your order transfer to you once we hand the package over to the third-party carrier. While we ensure every item is securely packaged for its journey, any issues during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.
Confirmation of Delivery: Once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, our legal responsibility for the fulfillment of that order ends.
Theft & Security: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, the Zebra-Monstera leaf icon™, and original photography, is the property of ZOOBOTANIC DESIGNS LIMITED or third-party sources protected by international copyright laws.
Restrictions: Any use of our properties that is likely to cause customer confusion, disparage our team, or imply a false partnership is strictly prohibited. You may not modify our properties to create confusingly similar marks, products, or services, or imply that your use is an official endorsement by Zoobotanic™ without our written consent.
