SECTION 1 - FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

As a growing startup, we are focused on providing the best possible experience to our core community. To ensure sustainable growth and maintain our high standards for shipping and handling, we have carefully selected three primary markets where we can provide the highest quality service and reliable delivery.

At this time, we exclusively offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to:

  • Hong Kong
  • Singapore
  • Australia (Metropolitan NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT only)

We ensure there are no hidden shipping fees or surprises at checkout for eligible regions.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days.

Business Days: Our handling time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our carrier.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We partner with Easyship for global logistics and utilize trusted local postal services (such as SingPost and Australia Post) for final delivery.

Important Notice on Regional/Remote Australia: To maintain our high standards of service, we use an automated validation system at checkout to verify delivery availability for your specific postcode. We are currently unable to fulfill orders to regional postcodes, Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS).

Hong Kong 3 – 7 business days
Singapore 7 – 14 business days
Australia (Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT only) 7 – 20 business days


Please allow the 1–5 business day handling period for our team to carefully process your order before it is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or peak seasonal demand.

SECTION 4 - TAXES, DUTIES, AND CUSTOMS

Hong Kong: As we are based in Hong Kong, there are no additional taxes, duties, or hidden fees for local orders.

Singapore & Australia: Because our items are fulfilled as individual retail orders, they typically fall under the "tax-free" limit for both regions. We do not collect GST or sales tax at checkout.

Customer Responsibility: In cases where local customs authorities require payment directly from the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any such import duties, GST, or administrative fees.

SECTION 5 - ADDRESS ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS

Unit & Block Numbers: For residents in Singapore or Australian apartments, a specific unit, floor, or block number is required at checkout to prevent delivery failure.

No PO Box Delivery: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or postal lockers. Please provide a physical residential or business address.

Modifications: Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We are unable to modify or redirect packages once a shipping label has been generated or the order has been dispatched.
